Cassettes

A cassette is a small, flat plastic housing containing magnetic tape that runs between two reels, designed for audio playback/recording, video, or data storage. Introduced by Philips in 1963, these cartridges allow for easy loading and were a dominant format for portable music and home audio in the 1970s and 1980s.
