Every record and piece of gear is meticulously authenticated and tested before it reaches our shelves. However, if a technical issue or defect is discovered and can be definitively proven to have existed prior to your purchase, Vinyl Madness will issue a full refund. We stand by the initial quality of our curation.

2. Vintage Gear & Post-Purchase Support

Vintage audio equipment is inherently unique. Because these items are not brand new, they can naturally develop defects or require maintenance over time. Vinyl Madness is not strictly liable for defects that develop after the purchase is completed.

However, our commitment to your analog experience does not end at the register. If any issues arise after your purchase, our team will gladly assist you with troubleshooting and help you get your gear fixed.

3. Intact Item Exchanges

If you change your mind, factory-intact (unopened and completely unused) items may be returned within 3 days of purchase. These items are eligible to be directly replaced or exchanged for other items of equal value from our collection.
